Setup Guide
Google Drive: Create one folder per employee → Share → "Anyone with link" → Contributor → paste link in employee profile above.
Install App: Tell employees to open the app link once on WiFi, then tap "Add to Home Screen" (iPhone: Safari Share button / Android: Chrome menu). After that it works offline.
